Shipping

All of our orders are delivered with Sendle.  Sendle will send you a confirmation email and tracking number.  

 Order Confirmation:

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that confirms we have received your order and payment. If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, please email customerservice@petpockets.co for help.

Delivery Timeframes:

We ship our items from Melbourne in Victoria with the below estimated delivery timeframes:

Within Australia: 1-4 business days

International: 6-27 business days (depending on location)

As we use a third party courier, we’re unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or time.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from when your order was placed. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information which can be used to track the progress of your delivery.

 

Accepting Deliveries:

To ensure your order arrives with you safely, a signature may be required to accept your delivery. If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave further delivery or collection instructions.

Pet Pockets is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of Authority To Leave arrangements, made between the customer and the courier to leave packages unattended.

Return to Sender:

For all items that are 'Returned To Sender' due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or are unclaimed, we will make contact with you to confirm your preferred option:

  1. Re-deliver your order which is subject to re-delivery fees
  2. Cancel and refund your order amount less the initial shipping fee
